Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) govern the use of the services available on the website https://mantrahealingholistic.hu (hereinafter: Website) operated by Mantra Healing Holistic Ltd. (hereinafter: Provider).

1. Provider information

2. Definitions

• User / Guest: any natural or legal person who visits the Website, registers, makes a booking or places an order.
• Practitioner: a natural person providing holistic services under contract with the Provider.
• Service: the treatments, events, retreats and webshop products available on the Website.
• Booking: reservation of a specific time slot for a Service through the Website.
• Order: the purchase intent for a product in the webshop.

3. Scope of Services

The Provider offers the following main service types:

• Treatments: individual or group holistic sessions, by appointment.
• Events: one-time or recurring group sessions, workshops, courses.
• Travel / retreats: multi-day on-site programs with limited capacity.
• Webshop: sale of related products (tools, books, etc.).

4. Booking process

Bookings are made via the online booking wizard available on the Website. The process consists of:

1. Choosing a Service.
2. Selecting a Practitioner (when multiple practitioners are available).
3. Selecting an available time slot.
4. Entering user information (guest mode is also available).
5. Selecting a payment method and — for online payments — completing the payment.
6. Booking confirmation by email.

Depending on the Service, the booking is confirmed automatically or after manual approval. For some Services, the booking only becomes final after the deposit is paid.

5. Payment terms

The User may choose from the following payment methods, depending on the Service or cart contents:

• Online card payment: via Stripe. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe; the Provider has no access to it.
• Bank transfer: for personal pickup orders.
• Cash on delivery: for personal pickup, on site.
• On-site cash payment: for certain treatments.
• Deposit: for some events and retreats, a partial advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

Invoices are issued electronically through the szamlazz.hu service and sent by email.

6. Webshop — purchase terms

When shopping in the webshop, the User may choose from the following delivery methods:

• Home delivery: with a fixed shipping fee shown at checkout.
• Personal pickup: by prior arrangement at the Provider's seat / specified location.

The order is finalized after the payment method is selected and — for online payments — the payment is successful. The Provider confirms the order by email.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Each Service's cancellation rules are shown on its detail page in the "Cancellation" field.

• Individual treatments: can be modified or cancelled within the cancellation deadline set for the Service (typically 24 hours before).
• Events and retreats with deposit: the deposit is typically refundable up to 14 days before the start; thereafter it is non-refundable.
• Force majeure: if the Provider cancels, the full amount paid is refunded.

8. Right of withdrawal (webshop)

Pursuant to Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the User may withdraw without justification within 14 days of receiving the goods. The withdrawal must be communicated by email (iroda.mhhk@gmail.com). The Provider refunds the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to perishable goods, hygiene products with broken seals, or custom-made items — subject to the exceptions in applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of liability

The Provider's services use holistic methods that do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. The User acknowledges that the treatments are complementary to current medical diagnostics and therapy, not a substitute. In case of health concerns, the User must seek medical care.

The Provider is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User, or from concealment of the User's own health conditions.

10. Copyright

The content displayed on the Website (texts, images, videos, design) is protected by copyright. Any use is permitted only with the prior written consent of the Provider.

The User may submit complaints in the following ways:

The Provider investigates the complaint and responds in writing within 30 days. In consumer disputes, the User may turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (address: 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.).

12. Data protection

Detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the Provider's separate Privacy Policy.

13. Final provisions

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms; amendments take effect upon publication on the Website. Bookings and orders placed before the amendment are governed by the Terms in force at that time.
